Working the live orders screen
Accept new orders, set prep times, and move orders from preparing to ready to done.
Where: Orders > Orders

Open Orders
In the sidebar, click Orders. New orders show up on their own. Orders are sorted into Pending, Preparing, Ready, and Completed.

Accept an order
Click a pending order to open it. If you see Set prep time, pick how long it will take, then click Confirm order. The order moves to Preparing.

Mark it ready
When the food is done, click the order’s button or drag it to Ready and confirm. For card orders, this is when the card is charged.

Complete it
When the customer picks up, click Complete. Delivery orders go to Out for Delivery, then Mark Delivered.

Look up other days
Use the date picker or the Today button to jump between days, and the Scheduled tab to see orders placed for later.
Good to know
- Watch for the Auto-cancel timer on a new order. Accept it before the timer runs out.
- Use the filters to show only pickup, delivery, or one location.
- To cancel or refund, open the order and use Cancel Order or Refund.
