Loyalty rewards
Let customers earn points on every order and trade them for free menu items.
Where: Grow > Loyalty Program

Open Loyalty Program
In the sidebar under Grow, click Loyalty Program and scroll down to Program settings. Loyalty is included with your subscription.

Turn the program on
Under Program Status, switch on Enable Loyalty Program.

Set how points are earned
Under Points Earning, enter the Points Per Dollar Spent. If you want regulars to earn faster, switch on Enable Tiers and set the rate and points threshold for Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Save your settings
Click Save Settings. This saves the on/off switch and your earning rates.

Add rewards
Under Rewards, click Add Reward and pick a menu item. It is added right away at 100 points. Change the number next to it to set how many points it costs. Rewards save as soon as you change them.
Good to know
- Customers see their points and available rewards on the Rewards page of your online store, and at checkout.
- Guests are shown how many points they would earn if they create an account.
- The top of the Loyalty Program page shows members, points earned, and rewards claimed over the last 30 days.
